The Noank Aquaculture Cooperative
A group of small scale shellfish growers based in Noank, Connecticut and Southold, NY dedicated to growing shellfish in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. We grow premium oysters, Peconic Pearls, that generate proceeds for projects that benefit the Peconic Estuary.
